The Year 3/4 team works closely together to provide a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment where every child is valued. We understand that all children learn differently and bring their own interests, strengths and needs. By working in partnership with families, we aim to support every child to grow in confidence, skills and independence.
In Year 3/4, students build on the foundation skills they developed in the early years of school. We help them strengthen their reading, writing, maths, problem-solving and social skills so they are ready for future learning.
Students take part in high-quality learning activities that are matched to their needs. Each lesson begins with a clear purpose for learning, and students are supported to understand what success looks like. Teachers provide regular feedback and help students reflect on their progress, set goals and take pride in their learning.

Our school’s welfare officer is Rosalie Scott. Rosalie helps to support and educate all students and families at Bell Park North Primary School. Rosalie will work in the 3/4 area over the year. Rosalie is available for questions and support around concerns. Please make a time to see Rosalie through the General Office.

Excursions and visitors help bring learning to life and connect classroom learning to the real world.
Along with weekly P.E, students participate in Grade 3/4 sporting activities. Sport helps build coordination, teamwork, confidence and positive behaviour. Please ensure students wear comfortable school uniform and suitable footwear on sport days.
